Get to know me.
I am first and foremost a child of God and follower of Jesus Christ. It is my hope and aim that this identity shapes all of my other work. I believe that making this world a more beautiful place is one way to push back the darkness. God gives His people gifts so they can be used for His kingdom here on earth. Through homemaking, gardening, design, photography, writing, and any other work I pursue, I want to show that death will not have the last word and that He is making all things new. Our effort is not wasted — God will establish the work of our hands when we labor as unto Him.
I grew up in the Chicago suburbs and studied graphic design and illustration at John Brown University in northwest Arkansas. I’ve done design work for JBU, Trinity International University, The Gospel Coalition, Focus on the Family, Cadence International, Family Council, CrossWay Community Church, Mountain Ash Press, mightymoms.club, Libertyville School Dist. 70, CaseIH/CNH Industrial, and more. I’ve written for mightymoms.club and diariesofadaughter.com, among others. I also formerly managed an Etsy shop with printable Scripture wall art. I am currently taking commissions for verse art, map art, illustrations, and other art, as well as freelance graphic design jobs.
I have been married to Eric for twelve years. We have three beautiful, boisterous children. We live, work, and are part of a local body of believers in southeastern Wisconsin.
